Kickboxing

Kickboxing is a dynamic sport merging boxing with martial arts kicks from karate and Muay Thai. Fighters will excel in striking, using hands and legs for effective offense and defense in stand-up combat.

MMA

MMA is a dynamic sport that integrates techniques from boxing, kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and wrestling. This combination produces well-rounded fighters who are proficient in both striking and grappling.

Submission Wrestling

Submission wrestling is a grappling sport combining Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, catch wrestling, judo, and sambo. Athletes aim to outmaneuver opponents using control, joint locks, and chokeholds to force a tap out.
